We collect and process personal information only for legitimate programme, administrative, safeguarding, research and reporting purposes. We apply appropriate technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and approved service providers who require the information for specified purposes. ACWICT does not sell or trade participants’ personal information and processes all personal data in accordance with Kenya’s Data Protection Act, 2019, and other applicable data-protection requirements.
